This study evaluates Cambodia’s advancements in SDG 4, identifies persistent challenges, and outlines key strategies to drive progress in the Education 2030 agenda. It presents updated SDG 4 indicators in comparison to benchmarks set in the Cambodia Education 2030 Roadmap and provides trend projections based on pre- and post-COVID-19 data. The review underscores Cambodia’s commitment to enhancing access, quality, and equity in education while pinpointing areas requiring accelerated action to meet the 2025 and 2030 benchmarks. Additionally, the report serves as a strategic guide for stakeholders, fostering collaborative efforts to achieve SDG 4, particularly in the post-pandemic context.
